What is Devki’s return window?

Eligible items may be returned within seven days of delivery, unused, unworn, and with original tags attached.

How do I request a return?

Start a return request through customer support with your order number and clear photos, if the item arrived damaged.

Which items are non-returnable?

For hygiene and safety, innerwear, accessories, and items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

When will my refund arrive?

Once approved and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within five to seven business days.

Can I exchange an item?

Exchanges depend on availability. If unavailable, we will process a refund after receiving and checking your return.
