Our Policy
We accept returns and exchanges only where the product has a physical defect – such as damage in transit or a stitching fault.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size preference, or colour expectation, so please refer to our Size Guide before ordering.
How to Raise a Request
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs showing the defect. Write to info.devkibyhima@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 79077 30703. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Conditions
The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags intact.
